- Subscription Offer is valid In India and overseas countries as per prevailing rates. Rates are mentioned on the website. US dollar rates may deviate a little depending on exchange rate fluctuation.
- SRI SATHYA SAI SADHANA TRUST – Publications Division does not entertain cancellation of subscription after commencement of the same. No requests for refund will be entertained.
- Copies will be sent by post/courier. Although it would be our endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your copies, Trust is not responsible for postal/courier delays. Pl communicate to us non receipts of magazine if not received even after 30 days of dispatch date.
- For the transaction entered as a ‘New’ Subscription, Subscriber will be enrolled as ‘New’ and the Subscription will be entered in our database for the language , period and number of years entered by the user.
- In case of renewal, User should enter the Subscription number properly and check for the validity first before proceeding for the payment. There is an in-built mechanism on the subscription entry form which confirms the name and country of the Subscriber to hint to the user for the correctness of the Subscription number entered. It is then up to the user whether to proceed ahead with the payment or not.
- If user is not sure of the subscription number he/she may send request for receiving the Subscription number after furnishing details of the name and address.
- Subscription amount for users outside India may deviate a little from standard rates depending on the Exchange rate fluctuations.

Payment Gateway
- You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services our site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you.
- In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. SSSST-PD will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The entire liability as a result of use of a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
- We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
- User further agrees and undertakes responsibility to provide the correct and valid credit/debit card details on the site.
- Further the said information will be not be utilized and shared by SSSST-PD with any of the third parties unless required by Payment Gateway service providers or if it is required by law, regulation or court order.

Definition
"Agreement" means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexure, Privacy Policy, and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, renovated, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time." Products and Services and delivery:- SSSST-PD is committed to Product quality and Prompt delivery. SSSST-PD shall either deliver or make the product available for download as described on the website . Delivery / availability of products / items will be of the same quantity and same qualities as are specified on our website. Such products shall correspond with the description of the items listed on the site.
- In case of Product damaged in transit or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at +91-8555-287375 between 0930 1800 IST time or email us photosadmin@saireflections.org mentioning your Order ID. We will look into the matter and ensure that a replacement delivery is rushed to you at the earliest.
- After receiving the delivery and opening the package , In case of wrong product or damage product /s , please inform us via above mentioned email / phone so that we shall look in to the matter and resolve the issue in a most amicable way.
- SSSST-PD may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with information related to products and services may be out of date, and SSSST-PD makes no commitment to update the materials related information on the Site with respect to such products and services.
- The address at which delivery of the product ordered by buyer are to be made should be correct , proper and complete in all respects. After the completion of transaction SSSST-PD shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the buyer at the shipping address provided by the Buyer.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information entered by buyer) any extra cost incurred by SSSST-PD for redelivery shall be claimed from Buyer. SSSST-PD reserves right to re deliver the ordered items on receipt of required additional amount from the customer in such cases.
- Any / all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.

- Any additional Costs /expenses over and above the payments done at the time of placing the order like import / octroi / customs duties and any other levies will be borne by the user and user will make own arrangements to take delivery in case the parcel is held up with concerned authorities for want of such charges / levies or any other non monetary reasons. SSSST-PDs role will be only to furnish the details of the Shipper and clarifications information furnished by such shipper if any regarding the cause for the delay and hold up of the consignment.
- In case of return of entire or part of the consignment buy Customs or by other such authorities .
- In case of return of items by customs or other authorities or duties . other charges claimed by them will be informed to the buyer by email / Post and buyer will make his/her arrangements to clear up such goods held and take the delivery.
Buyer cannot cancel an order once placed on the website. SSSST-PD in some exceptional cases like wrong entry of quantity etc may entertain the cancellation request sent by the buyer and credit the amount in the personal ledger account of such buyer. Same amount can later be utilized for other products and services offered by SSSST-PD. However such cancellation and reversals will be sole discretion of SSSST-PD. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any such reasons.
